The opening of my first solo show in Bucharest, GAUGUIN’S CHILDREN, organized at the highest level by Elite Art Gallery (owned by Mihaela Dragomir, the president of Elite Art Club UNESCO Association), with  major media partners and sponsors, was a true success.

A lot of people, maybe over 80 persons, art collectors, visual artists, businessmen, gallerists, teenagers, etc contributed to an enthusiastic atmosphere, stressed by the presence of one of the most influential art critics,  Marius Tita, who made an interesting and inciting presentation of my art to the public.

Marius Tita and Constantin Severin

I had the pleasure to be interviewed by the Romanian national television, TVR Cultural, by the Romanian national radio, Radio Romania Cultural, and by an online magazine made by teenagers, TeenPress,

During the opening  a major art collector from Bucharest, Radu Boroianu, founder of the biggest auction house in Romania, ARTMARK,  president of the Romanian Art Dealers Association and owner of a major art gallery, European Art Gallery,  bought one of my monochrome artworks, also very  appreciated  by the art experts  of the famous global television, EuroNews, who promoted three of my solo shows on the cultural agenda (Museum of Bucovina, Suceava, Romania, 2004; NahVision Art Gallery, Stuttgart, Germany, 2004; Lascar Vorel Art Gallery, Piatra Neamt, Romania, 2009).

A report about my solo show was made by SENSO TV, Bucharest,

The exhibition will be opened untill the 28th of May 2012.

Presenting the artworks to Mr. Radu Boroianu.
